The story of KabukiCanton began with Mr. Pham Troung Truc, who fled Vietnam during the turmoil of the war, seeking safety for his family. After a difficult journey by sea, they found refuge on the island of Rhodes, Greece, where Mr. Truc’s passion for food and his unwavering determination led him to pursue his dream of opening a restaurant.

In 1992, with the support of his wife and ten children, Mr. Truc opened Canton in Kremasti Village of Rhodes, blending the authentic flavors of Asia with the freshest ingredients.

The restaurant quickly became known for its exceptional sushi and Asian dishes, earning the loyalty of locals and visitors alike. As the years passed, the family expanded with KabukiCanton – Tokyo Yaki in Rhodes Old Town and Pearl of Canton II in Wisconsin, USA.
